It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and secure. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to nbajji support immediately. nbajji will never ask for your password by phone or email.

3.3 Account Closure or Suspension

4.1 Deposit Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus
nbajji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000; or deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, it becomes withdrawable after placing ৳15,000 in bets.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if wagering requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless clearly stated in the offer.
- Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- nbajji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.
5.4 VIP Program
nbajji has four VIP tiers. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbajji platform and any violation may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Playing using bots, scripts or automated software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Threatening, harassing or abusing other members.
- Bonus abuse or collusion (coordination among multiple players).
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
